Vegan's Lament - Titania Mcgrath

Titania McGrath is a radical intersectionalist poet committed to feminism, social justice and armed peaceful protest who identifies as non-binary, "polyracial" and ecosexual.
Her book "Woke" ( essays on modern leftist culture and political correctness) includes a poem titled Vegan's Lament, which I sprung at the chance to animate.
Aiming for a darkly, twisted tone I developed a textured monotone look with bold affronting type.
The final film was also promoted on Titania's and Andrew Doyle's official Twitter accounts.
